This is the LDPA series PV-specific low-voltage grid-connected distribution cabinet, an industrial-grade complete power distribution equipment designed for AC-side power collection, grid connection and safety control in solar power plants. It adopts original brand components such as ABB and Schneider, with pre-assembly, wiring and debugging completed in the factory. It can be directly connected to inverters, the power grid and loads on-site, serving as the core main control equipment on the AC side of solar power plants.
Core Structure
Cabinet: Double-door thickened cold-rolled steel plate, dustproof and sealed, with a neat layout, suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor operation.
Main Switch: ABB 1000A intelligent molded case circuit breaker with three-stage protection, remote control and leakage monitoring.
Branch Circuits: Multiple Schneider fuse disconnectors support independent collection and fault isolation of multiple inverters.
Lightning Protection Module: ABB Class 1 4P surge protector efficiently discharges lightning and grid-connected surges.
Secondary System: Includes measurement and control instruments, status indicators, standardized wiring and complete earthing for easy monitoring and maintenance.
Working Principle
AC power output from inverters → collected at branch circuits → controlled and protected by the main switch → filtered by lightning protection → connected to the grid. It can be linked with downstream low-voltage distribution boxes to form a complete closed loop of "PV power generation → grid-connected collection → end power distribution".
