A1: We export to most countries/regions (Centre/South America, EMEA, SEA, SSA, AU). We will check and confirm for you after you provide the region details.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: Typically 10 working days for demands below 200kW. For needs exceeding or equal to 200kW, the timeline can be negotiated.
Q3: How can I make payment?
A3: We accept 100% TT, or a maximum of 30% TT in advance and the remaining 70% TT once goods are ready before shipment.
Q4: What is the warranty?
A4: We offer a 12-year enhanced product warranty on materials and workmanship, and a 25-year linear power output warranty. Please refer to our limited warranty statement for details.
Q5: Can the product specifications be customized?
A5: Yes. We can support customization requirements on LOGO, parameter labels, batch numbers, and specific packaging layouts.
