IMPORTANT NOTE ON VAT REGULATIONS:

Germany (Systems up to 30 kWp): According to § 12 para. 3 no. 1 of the German VAT Act (UStG), certain goods can be sold with a VAT rate of 0%, provided the legal requirements are met. By purchasing this product, you confirm that you are the operator of the photovoltaic system, that the system is installed on or near private residences, apartments, or public/common good buildings, and that the gross output does not exceed 30 kWp (or meets other requirements of points a. and b. if output is higher). Austria (From January 2024): Section 28 Paragraph 62 of the Austrian VAT Act 1994 (UStG 1994) stipulates that no VAT will be levied on the supply, intra-Community acquisition, import, and installation of photovoltaic modules under specific criteria. The total peak output of the system must not exceed 35 kW and must be operated by the operator on or near certain qualifying buildings. Furthermore, no application for an investment subsidy under the Renewable Energy Expansion Act (EAG) must have been submitted by December 31, 2023.
