A solar tile is an environmentally friendly building material that combines traditional roofing tile functionality with thin-film solar technology. It replaces conventional tiles and standard solar panels, offering waterproofing, heat insulation, and zero-energy building possibilities.
The BSM-30S is a 30W CIGS chip thin-film solar tile measuring 700mm in length, 500mm in width, with an arch height of 35mm. It weighs 5.2kg, has an IP67 rated junction box, and features a short-circuit current of 4.45A with an open-circuit voltage of 10.16V.
These solar tiles have high durability ratings: a wind/snow loading grade of 2400Pa, an IP67 waterproof grade, a B1 fire-proof rating, and level 4 hail-proof certification (ANSI FM 4473). They operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
Each carton contains 68 pieces with dimensions of 1260x780x690mm (Gross Weight: 492kg). For bulk shipping, a 20ft container loads 18 cartons (1,224 pieces) and a 40ft container loads 42 cartons (2,856 pieces).
We accept T/T payments (30% in advance with remaining balance paid before shipment or against copy of B/L), L/C at sight (for orders above 50,000 USD), and Western Union (for payments under 5,000 USD). Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 days per container after payment.
