Standard packaging uses wooden boxes or wooden pallets and standard cartons, which complies with the import requirements of various regions such as the EU Packaging Law and the US Packaging Law.
The intelligent warehousing design concept, combined with the production process, adopts secondary sorting to solve the problem of too many sorting gears for battery boxes. According to the module function, it is mainly divided into AGV intelligent car, manual platform, double-speed chain line, belt line, sorter, elevator, stacker, warehousing, and other related modules. Unmanned production is the main method, and emergency personnel working conditions are reserved; imaging, network communication, and other technologies are used to identify and read key information in the production process to achieve intelligence, visualization, and digitization.
