It depends on what product you order first. If you order solar panels, inverters, or other items we have stock, we can arrange shipping in 3 workdays; If you order customized products, like batteries, solar system and etc, it takes around 10~15 workdays. Anyway, we will arrange shipping as soon as possible.
QWhat's your payment terms?
We prefer full payment before shipping. And we can also negotiate it for actual orders. We will do our best to support our clients.
QCan I mix different models in one container?
Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ. And if you purchase a single model in one container, there will be a higher discount.
QWhat is the size and capacity of your manufacturing facility?
We operate an 18,000 square meter factory with 528 employees to ensure production efficiency. Our current annual production capacity reaches 950MW.
